Thank you for shopping at Spontaneous Expressions. Because our products are instant digital downloads, we have a strict no-refund policy once a file has been downloaded. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
No Refunds on Digital Downloads
All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital files, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once the download link has been accessed or the file has been downloaded. This policy is in place because digital files cannot be "returned" the way physical products can.
Exceptions
We want you to be happy with your purchase! We will consider a refund or replacement in the following situations:
- The file you received is corrupt or unusable
- You received the wrong file
- The file does not match the product description or preview images
In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll make it right!
