Refund policy

 There are NO refunds on Spontaneous Expressions products, digital downloads, or courses.  All digital files purchased from our shop are available for download only while they are actively being sold.  Customers are strongly advised to download their files immediately after purchase and to save it to a secure location for their records.

Once a digital is product is discontinued or removed, download access is no longer guaranteed.  The customer acknowledges and agrees that it is their responsibility to download and store all files promptly securely after purchase.  Failure to do so does NOT qualify for a refund, replacement, or reissuance of purchased files.
