By purchasing from Spontaneous Expressions, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Digital Products & Licensing

All designs sold by Spontaneous Expressions are digital files (PNG format) and are protected by copyright law. Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the designs as outlined below.

2. Personal Use License

Unless otherwise stated, designs are sold for personal use only. This means you may:

Use the design to create physical items for yourself or as gifts
Print the design for personal crafting projects

You may not:

Resell, share, or distribute the digital file itself
Use the design to create items for resale without a commercial license
Claim the design as your own original work

3. Commercial Use License

If a product listing specifies a commercial use license, you may use the design to create and sell physical products (e.g., printed shirts, tumblers, mugs). Commercial use does not grant you the right to resell or redistribute the digital file itself.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs remain the intellectual property of Spontaneous Expressions. Purchasing a design does not transfer ownership or copyright to the buyer.

5. No Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on returns and refunds for digital products.

6. Limitation of Liability

Spontaneous Expressions is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our digital files. All files are provided "as is" and it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure compatibility with their software and equipment.
